Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.01.2008: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 15 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.950 per share, through 1 transaction; Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought: - 1 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.499 per share, through 1 transaction; - 72 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.500 per share, through 5 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ADG MAvrovo Skopje - 12 ordinary shares, - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 294 ordinary shares.
