According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.09.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 590 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 32 per share, through 3 transaction and 513 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 35 per share, through 3 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.09.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 1.216 preferred shares, - Tutunski Kombinat AD Prilep - 139 ordinary shares.
