According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.06.2006: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 80 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.410 per share, through 1 transaction; Makpetrol AD Skopje bought: -2 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.000 per share, through 1 transaction, -20 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.300 per share, through 1 transaction, -14 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.400 per share, through 1 transaction, -1 ordinary share for the price of MKD 28.499 per share, through 1 transaction, -30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.500 per share, through 1 transaction, -6 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 28.470 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.06.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 70 ordinary shares, - Evropa AD Skopje- 300 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 62 ordinary shares.
