According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 27.05.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  25 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.060 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 95 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.090 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.05.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Alkaloid AD Skopje - 115 ordinary shares;
