Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 27.10.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 27.10.2004: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 1.420 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 2 transactions; - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 100 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.700 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 27.10.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares; - Fustelarko Borec AD Bitola - 41 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 513 ordinary shares; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares; - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 56 ordinary shares; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje - 348 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka kontrola AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares.
