Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.01.2008: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction; - 105 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 2 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ADG MAvrovo Skopje - 38 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 264 ordinary shares.
