Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 24.08.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.08.2007: Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 34 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 50.600 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.08.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Investbanka AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares, - Investbanka AD Skopje - 10 preferred shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 268 ordinary shares.
