Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.05.2009:

VItaminka AD Prilep bought:
-300 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.500 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.05.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
-RZ Ekonomika AD SKopje - 21 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 179 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 37 ordinary shares;
-Makstil AD Skopje - 487 ordinary shares;
-Ohis AD Skopje - 109 ordinary shares;
