According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 26.05.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.100 per share, through 3 transactions;
- 30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.000 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
-  30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36.000 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.05.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Makpetrol AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares;
- OHIS AD Skopje - 83 ordinary shares;
