Non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.04.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

-Granit AD Skopje - 34 ordinary shares; 
-Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje - 255 ordinary shares*; 
-Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje - 85 preference shares*;

*Due to certain technical issues non-trade transfers with shares of Komercijalna Banka on 24.04.2009 were published in Announcement for non-trade transfers on 23.04.2009.
