Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 26.03.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.03.2007: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 7 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 18.043 per share, through 3 transactions, - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 165 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 5.200 per share, through 1 transaction, According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 141 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 1.871 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 11 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 37 ordinary shares.
