According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.12.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 468 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 4 transaction and 2.332 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 37 per share, through 12 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.12.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Stopanska banka AD Bitola – 400 ordinary shares.
