RZ Institut AD Skopje informs about important events in 2003: • Increased revenues from 18.693.162 MKD in 2002 to 71.389.079 MKD in 2003, due to cooperation with Silmak AD Jegunovce; • The Ministry of Finance has approved the company a loan from the Japanese non-project aid, in value of cca 120.000 EUR. The loan is assigned for procurement of equipment for production of Al-blocks for Makstil AD and other users in Macedonia, with whom the company has signed pre-contracts; • The return of the loan from IK Banka in value of 25.000 EUR is postponed for one year; • The company has current negotiations with Repro One Limited (company that bought 126 shares of RZ Institut in September) for reactivating of a furnace for production of different ferrolegures for Makstil AD and other Macedonian companies. The realization of the project is planned for the year 2004; • In the first 9 months of the year the company has undertaken investments in value of 801.600 MKD, and the planned investments for November and December 2003 are in value of over 300.000 EUR; • A new product from the line of dolomites has been introduced; • There were changes in the Board of Directors: Mr. Ivo Cvetkovski and Mr. Ane Apostolovski left the Board, and the new members are Mr. Aleksandar Panov (elected as a President of the Board) and Ms. Snezana Siljanovska.
