According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 26.10.2020 

Vitaminka AD Prilep bought: 
-144 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 13.998,00 per share, through 1 block transaction

ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola bought: 
-30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.650,00 per share, through 1 transaction

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.10.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Rade Koncar Aparatna tehnika AD Skopje – 49 ordinary shares 
- Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje – 2.400 ordinary shares
