Delisting of bonds issued by SN Osig Broker AD Bitola

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, at its meeting held on 26.05.2025, decided to delist the bonds with the code SNBTO, issued by SN Insurance Broker AD Bitola, due to the bankruptcy of the company. The bonds issued by SN Insurance Broker AD Bitola will be delisted from the Official Market of the Stock Exchange (Stock Exchange Listing), starting from 27.05.2025 (Tuesday).

At the same time, due to the delisting of the bonds issued by SN Insurance Broker AD Bitola, the company will also be deleted from the "Watch List" published on the Stock Exchange's website, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules.
