According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed company executed share buy-backs on 23.05.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
-  73 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.150 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
-  1 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36.000 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.05.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares;
- Makstil AD Skopje - 567 ordinary shares;
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 313 ordinary shares;
- RZ ITS AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares;
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares.
