Share buy-backs of listed companies' shares on 25.04.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.04.2007: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 74 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.000 per share, through 1 transaction and 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.089 per share, through 1 transaction. - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 181 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 18.999 per share, through 1 transaction and 359 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 19.000 per share, through 3 transactions.
