According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.04.2006: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 45 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.558 per share, through 1 transaction; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 332 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 120 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.550 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje – 25 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 12 preferred shares.
