According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.03.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 67 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.999 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 38 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 3 transactions;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 67 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.999 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 38 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 3 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on
25.03.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje- 21 ordinary shares,
- Replek AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares.
