Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.02.2009:

Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-25 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.700 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.02.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
-RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje- 24 ordinary shares;
-RZ Uslugi AD Skopje- 206 ordinary shares;
-Komercijalna banka AD Skopje- 400 ordinary shares;

-RZ Institut AD Skopje- 6 ordinary share;

-RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje- 25 ordinary shares;

-Makstil AD Skopje- 559 ordinary shares;
