Third issue of denationalization bonds listed

The Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, on the meeting held on 25.02.2004 decided on listing of the Third issue of the denationalization bonds issued by the Republic of Macedonia, on the official market. The value of the issue is EUR 47.000.000, with an interest rate of 2% per annum. The maturity of the bonds is 10 years, with the interest and installments paid on 01.06 every year, starting form 01.06.2005 till 01.06.2014. The trading of the bonds will commence on 01.03.2004.
