Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 25.01.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.01.2007: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 1 preferred shares for the price of MKD 2.950 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.01.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 225 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 655 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 128 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 29 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 1 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 57 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 241 ordinary shares.
