According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 25.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.221 ordinary shares, as follows: - 509 shares for the price of MKD 2.049 per share, through 5 transactions; - 712 shares for the price of MKD 2.050 per share, through 7 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 25.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 323 ordinary shares.
