Toplifikacija AD Skopje informs that the Shareholder's Assembly held on 21.04.2005 adopted the following decision for distribution of the net profit for 2004 in amount of MKD 98.069.382: 1. 15% for statutory reserves, MKD 14.710.497; 2. up to 5% for the management team, Board of directors and Supervisory board, MKD 4.903.469; 3. Dividend on preferred shares owned by the State Pension Fund 21.343 shares x MKD 174,3455 per share = MKD 3.721.057; 4. Dividend on ordinary shares 428.657 shares x MKD 174,3455 per share = MKD 74.734.449.
