-201 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 3.150 per share, through 5 transactions;
Vitaminka AD Prilep bought:
-8 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.700 per share, through 1 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.12.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 228 ordinary shares
- Makstil AD Skopje - 619 ordinary shares
