We inform that on the session held on 25.01.2008 the MSE Board of Directors has concluded that due to expiration of temporary suspension from listing, ADG Mavrovo shall be consider listed on the MSE starting from 28.01.2008. This means that ADG Mavrovo Skopje again has all liabilities pursuant to the Listing Rules and the Listing Agreement signed by the MSE and ADG Mavrovo Skopje, and the company must take into consideration that in the period of the suspension from listing (from 28.11.2007 to 26.01.2008) it did not have the disclosure obligations according to the Listing Rules and did not publish price sensitive information via SEI-NET.
