Concerning the rise of the price of shares issued by Toplifikacija AD Skopje, the management of the company submitted information to the Macedonian Stock Exchange noticing that it doesn't have any price sensitive information that would affect the rise of the price of the company's shares. The company management's opinion is that the rise of the price of the shares of Toplifikacija AD Skopje might be due to the Memorandum of understanding, signed between the Russian company Itera and the Government of Macedonia, a part of which mentions construction of a gas turbine, in cooperation with Toplifikacija AD Skopje.
