According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform on the following: - On 21.07.2006 Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 290 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.500 per share, through 4 transactions, - On 21.07.2006 Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 100 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.051 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.07.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fakom AD Skopje - 19 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 20 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 270 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 163 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 19 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 443 ordinary shares, - Vitaminka AD Prilep - 77 ordinary shares.
