Listing of TTK Banka AD Skopje, delisting of Sileks Banka AD Skopje

On the session held on 21.07.2006 the MSE Board of directors has decided on listing of the shares issued by TTK Banka AD Skopje, the company made with the merger of Tetovska Banka AD Tetovo and Teteks-Kreditna Banka AD Skopje. The total number of shares of TTK Banka AD Skopje is 680.916 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.000 MKD per share. The trading ticker is TTK. The shares of TTK Banka AD Skopje will be listed on 26.07.2006, and thus the listing of Banka AD Tetovo and Teteks-Kreditna Banka AD Skopje will be terminated. On the session held on 21.07.2006 the MSE Board of directors has decided on de-listing of the shares of Sileks Banka AD skopje, on issuer's demand. The shares will be de-listed on 26.07.2006 since when they will be traded on the MSE unofficial market.
