Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' share

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.04.2009:

VItaminka AD Prilep bought:
-8 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.310 per share, through 1 transaction;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.04.2009 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
-Alkaloid AD Skopje - 76 ordinary shares; 
-Makosped AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares; 
-Makstil AD Skopje - 519 ordinary shares; 
-RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares; 
-Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje - 255 ordinary shares; 
-Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje - 85 preference shares;
