According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.04.2007: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 55 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.399 per share, through 1 transaction and 145 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 6.400 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.04.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 309 ordinary shares.
