According to Article 1 of the Decision for realization of the sale of the state-owned shares in AD ESM and the Instruction given by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia, Macedonian Stock Exchange has registered the block trade for sale of the state-owned shares in AD ESM. The total amount of the block trade is 10,722,774,011.88 MKD (175.2 million EUR), by which the buyer (EVN AG) has become owner of 10,467,268 ordinary shares of AD ESM i.e. 70.10% of the total number of shares issued by ESM AD.
