According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.634 ordinary shares, as follows: - 235 shares for the price of MKD 1.988 per share, through 3 transactions; - 1.399 shares for the price of MKD 1.999 per share, through 11 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - OHIS AD Skopje - 145 ordinary shares; - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 52 ordinary shares; - Beton AD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 55 ordinary shares, 75 preferred shares; - GD Tikves AD Kavadarci - 19 ordinary shares.
