Starting date of the offer is 23.12.2003 and the last date of the offer is 21.01.2004. The offered price is 1.200 MKD per share. The offer for buyout of the shares of Tetovska banka AD Tetovo by Teteks AD Tetovo, as well as the Prospectus for the offer are also announced on the web-site of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
