Based on Resolution No. UP1 08-84 dated 22.10.2025 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Exchange held on 21.11.2025, amendments were made to Annex 1 of the Macedonian Stock Exchange Trading Rules, modifying the method for calculating the permitted upper and lower price limits for shares when reporting block transactions on the Exchange.

This amendment to the Trading Rules will enter into force on 26.11.2025.
