According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 23.01.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 110 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 3 transactions;
- 40 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.899 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 1 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.400 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 18 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.500 per share, through 2 transactions;


According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 23.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 37 ordinary shares,
- RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 36 ordinary shares,
- RZ Institut AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares,
- ADG MAvrovo Skopje - 47 ordinary shares,
- Komuna AD Skopje - 115 ordinary shares,
- Makstil AD Skopje - 831 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 306 ordinary shares.
