Temporary stop of the trading in ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje

Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that on today's Shareholder's meeting a decision for a new nominal value of MKD 1.000 per ordinary share and a split of the ordinary shares in 5:1 ratio is reached. Therefore, we inform you that tomorrow, 24.03.2005 (Thursday) trading in ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje (trading code:KMB) will be stopped because of the necessary adjustments of the data in the trading system of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and in the Central Securities Depositary. Trading in ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje will continue on Monday, 28.03.2005. Because of the change of the nominal value, on Monday, 28.03.2005 there will be no price limits in trading of these shares. The price limits in trading of the ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje will be activated again on Tuesday, 29.03.2005, in value of +-10% of the Monday's daily average price.
