According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 22.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.078 ordinary shares, as follows: - 4 shares for the price of MKD 1.899 per share, through 1 transaction; - 74 shares for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 3 transactions; - 215 shares for the price of MKD 1.940 per share, through 1 transaction; - 10 shares for the price of MKD 1.950 per share, through 1 transaction; - 344 shares for the price of MKD 1.990 per share, through 1 transaction; - 200 shares for the price of MKD 1.995 per share, through 1 transaction; - 231 shares for the price of MKD 1.999 per share, through 4 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 22.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - FZC 11 Oktomvri AD Kumanovo - 193 ordinary shares; - KIB AD Kumanovo - 2 preferred shares; - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 227 ordinary shares.
