The Board of directors of MSE, on the session held on 22.11.2004, adopted a Decision for calculation of new index of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, starting from 04.01.2005. The new index will be named Macedonian Stock Exchange Index, with a short name MBI-10. MBI-10 will be price index weighted with the market capitalization. MBI-10 will be calculated according to the adopted Methodology for calculation and will be consisted of the ordinary shares of up to 10 listed companies, chosen according to the criteria mentioned in the Methodology. The starting value of MBI-10 is 1.000, at the end of the trading day 30.12.2004. From 04.01.2005 MSE will terminate the calculation of the old index MBI.
