From 01.12.2004: listing of shares lissued by Fersped AD Skopje and Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid, delisting of shares issued by Fustelarko Borec AD Bitola

The Board of directors of MSE, on the session held on 22.11.2004, decided on listing of the shares issued by Fersped AD Skopje and Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid and on delisting on shares issued by Fustelarko Borec AD Bitola. The shares issued by Fersped AD Skopje and Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid will be listed on the Official market from 01.12.2004. The shares issued by Fersped AD Skopje have the following characteristics: - Issuer: Ferpsed AD skopje; - Number of shares issued: 18.113; - Nominal value per share: 37.400 MKD; - Trading code: FERS. The shares issued by Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid have the following characteristics: - Issuer: Hoteli Metropol AD Ohrid; - Number of shares issued: 1.035.000; - Nominal value per share: 5 EUR; - Trading code: MPOL. The shares issued by Fustelarko Borec AD Bitola are delisted on the request of the issuer, because of the bad financial situation and the need of a dominant shareholder. The shares will be delisted from 01.12.2004. From 02.12.2004 the shares will be traded on the Unofficial market of MSE.
