Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 22.01.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 22.01.2007: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 120 preferred shares for the price of MKD 2.950 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 22.01.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - OHIS AD Skopje - 140 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 22 ordinary shares.
