On 20.06.2005 Granit AD Skopje has submitted the Decision for dividend calendar adopted by the company's Assembly. Because of the MSE standard procedure that all decisions should be compared to the provisions in the Listing Rules, on 21.06.2005 MSE has sent a letter to Granit AD Skopje requesting precise explanations of the details from the Decision, especially the amount of dividend for 2004, the record date, last trading day cum dividend, first trading day ex dividend and the day for payout of dividend. On the same day Granit AD Skopje has submitted an answer stating that the amount of net dividend for 2004 is MKD 10 per share, the last trading day cum dividend is 30.04.2005 and the first trading day ex dividend is 04.05.2005.
