Due to the undergoing process of merge of Tetovska banka AD Tetovo and Teteks-Kreditna banka AD Skopje, the Shareholder's meeting of Tetovska banka AD Tetovo has decided on conversion of all preferred shares issued by Tetovska banka AD Tetovo into ordinary shares. For the purpose of the realization of the conversion, the trading in the ordinary and preferred shares issued by Tetovska banka AD Tetovo will be temporary stopped on 23 and 24.02.2006. The trading in ordinary shares issued by Tetovska banka AD Tetovo will continue on Monday, 27.02.2006.
