According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you on the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.02.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 368 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 2 transactions; The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 21.02.2006: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje sold 10.000 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 3.800 per share, through 1 block trade.
