Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that on 21.02.2006 it sold 10.000 ordinary treasury shares i.e. 0,5% of the total shares, for the price of MKD 3.800,00. The buyer of the shares is Brilijant DOOEL Stip. The banka bought these shares in July 2005 for the price of MKD 2.200,00 per share, which means that with this transaction it has made a capital gain of MKD 16.000.000,00.
