Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.01.2008: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 91 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 8.000 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - ADG MAvrovo Skopje - 77 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 175 ordinary shares, - Vitaminka AD Prilep - 57 ordinary shares.
