According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.09.2018 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed

- Stopanska banka AD Skopje – 236 preference shares

- Makedonski Telekom AD Skopje – 735 ordinary shares

- Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep – 110 ordinary shares

According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-backs on 20.09.2018 - Makpetrol AD Skopje a bought:

- 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 47.700,00 per share, through 10 transaction

- 7 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 47.898,00 per share, through 1 transaction

- 6  ordinary shares for the price of MKD 47.899,00 per share, through 1 transaction

- 37 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 47.900,00 per share, through 4 transaction
