Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 20.07.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 20.07.2005: - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje bought 10.000 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.200 per share, through 1 blok transaction; - Granit AD Skopje bought 302.757 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 303 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.07.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 315 ordinary shares. - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje- 11 ordinary shares.
