Skopski pazar AD Skopje informs that the company will pay dividend for 2004 in amount of MKD 160,00 per share (5% of the nominal value). The Assembly has adopted the following dividend calendar: - Last trading day cum dividend is 27.06.2005; - First trading day ex dividend is 28.06.2005; - Record date is 01.07.2005; - The dividend will be paid not later than 30.09.2005. (Although Skopski pazar AD Skopje has adopted the mentioned dividend calendar, having that the record date is 01.07.2005, it is implied that the last trading day cum dividend is 28.06.2005 and the first trading day ex dividend is 29.06.2005). The Net-profit in amount of MKD 105.828.200 is distributed as follows: - Dividends: MKD 19.000.000; - Reserves for buy-back: MKD 45.000.000; - Special reserve fund: MKD 5.000.000; - Premium for employees and management: MKD 7.000.000; - Undistributed profit: MKD 29.828.200. The Reserves for buy-back in amount of MKD 45.000.000 as well as the reserves for buy-back that were not used in the previous years in amount of MKD 5.057.517 will be used for buy-back of not more than 10% of the company’s shares, for the market price on the Macedonian Stock Exchange. The buy-back should be executed not later than 12 months from the date of the adoption of the decision.
