According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 20.02.2008:
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 21 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.930 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 35 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.950 per share, through 2 transactions;
Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 21 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.930 per share, through 1 transaction;
- 35 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.950 per share, through 2 transactions;
According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.02.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Makstil AD Skopje - 143 ordinary shares,
- RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares,
- RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 53 ordinary shares,

- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 72 ordinary shares.
